mail art..from DA back in 2009

hey does anyone know of an artist from DA back in the day ..who sent mail art ...art that arrives by mail..he signed his work FF...
He sent me a piece "An almost impossible thing" and it arrived thru fault and mishap into my hands only recently..nearly on 4 years later...minus original envelope ..just the work ..from an old neighbour who retrieved it via my old letterbox..worse for wear and replaced into fresh envelope minus details
upon her passing it was finally given to me on a chance meeting as I walked past my old house one late summer afternoon
for all my best endeavours I cannot still remember his DA name..
all I know is .
